Effectivement le préfet de Charente maritime écoutant la voix de certains électeurs vient d'autoriser 5 jours par semaine des prélèvement d'eau pour tout usage agricole sur la quasi totalité du territoire de la charente Maritime .Qu'importe l'état des milieux aquatiques (la France donc le contribuable paieront des pénalités à l'Europe pour le mauvais état de ses milieux aquatiques),qu'importe les autres utilisateurs ,l'eau n'est pas un bien commun ,elle doit abreuver en priorité ceux qui font entendre le plus leurs revendications dans le mépris des autres
